Dr. David Jahn, Of Counsel, specializes in copyright and media law, including press and personality rights as well as IT and data protection law. He also specializes in commercial law (including e-commerce). Dr. David Jahn is a certified data protection officer (TÜV). Dr. David Jahn is the author of several publications – including co-author of the legal handbook Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things (C.H. Beck) – and regularly gives lectures, in particular on media law topics. He is Managing Director of the Bayreuth Working Group for Information Technology – New Media – Law e.V. (@kit) and thus also co-responsible for the content of the annual @kit congress. He is also a member of the “permanent staff” of the media law journal “Kommunikation & Recht” (K&R) published by Deutscher Fachverlag.
